Meet The Founder

I am Charlotte, the lead planner and director of Charlotte Bailey Weddings and Events. My business was founded from working in weddings, events and luxury hospitality over the last 20 years. Over the years I have worked globally to build the 'black book' of UK and destination wedding and event suppliers, building strong relationships to offer future brides the ultimate stress free planning experience, based on guest experience, atmosphere and meticulous style and design.

Outside of work I have two daughters who share the love of style, design and fashion. We love to travel and are always on the look out for the ultimate wedding and events venue!

Consultation

During your consultation, I will take the time to get to know you both and learn more about how you envision your celebration looking and feeling. I will guide you through the planning process, answer any questions you may have about working with me, and provide a bespoke proposal for my planning and design services, along with a copy of my contract for you to review before confirming.
